A Cedges Blog Update: Introducing “Feast Glorious Feast”

I have both sad and exciting news!

After several wonderful years working on this blog at cedges.co.uk as a hobby, I have taken the decision to cease producing content on this blog and concentrate my time and energy on a new and improved website.

Feast Glorious Feast will include all of the content from this site including my super popular Russian Slice and Cocoa Orange Date Bars recipes but I’ll be organising things slightly differently. The new website will be concentrating on helping you to create feasts like the kind I love to create for my friends and family. Everything from a Sunday roast dinner for 6, to a Wednesday night dim sum or sushi feast for 2 to a Friday night mexican fiesta for 10.

As well as all the usual good stuff, I’ll be including advice on how to get ahead of the game, how to lay the table, activities to keep your friends entertained during the evening and what to do with the leftovers. I hope that Feast Glorious Feast will be your resource for both special events and everyday dinners. The new site will include printable recipe cards with adjustable serving sizes, a great new home page and recipe index and I’ll be providing you with a proper newsletter full of my latest posts and bonus content just for subscribers. Also look out for recipe slideshow videos and who knows, maybe one day I’ll bring you a dedicated youtube channel.

A classic Victoria Sandwich Cake recipe is a must have in every baker's repertoire.  If you haven't tried making a cake before, this is where you should start. Even experienced bakers go back to this classic sponge cake time and time again and not without good reason. So use my hints and tips to give it a go!

I’m not quite ready to launch Feast Glorious Feast but it’ll be coming soon and the best way to keep up to date with progress and make sure that you don’t miss out on the launch is to sign up to my newsletter now using the form below. This includes those of you that read my posts through this email and who currently follow me as a WordPress subscriber. These new post auto-emails won’t be sent from my new site!

Don’t forget to follow me on social media on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.  My account names will shortly be updated
